Se jugarán al mejor de tres partidos, con sorteo previo para definir la localía del primer y segundo partido.

Si la serie está empatada en una victoria por lado, se sorteará la localía del tercer encuentro, a menos que por acuerdo entre ambos equipos se juegue en cancha neutral.
